1 Scope
This standard specifies the LC - Cosmetics metronidazole tandem mass spectrometry.
This standard applies to the determination of creams, lotions, Liquid, powder and other cosmetics metronidazole.
The standard method detection limit of 0.003mg/kg, limit of quantification was 0.01mg/kg.

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 acetonitrile (HPLC grade).
4.2 Methanol (HPLC grade).
4.3 formic acid (HPLC grade).
Metronidazole 4.4 standard. purity of not less than 99%, metronidazole CAS number, molecular formula, molecular mass and structural formula, see Appendix A.
Metronidazole 4.5 standard stock solution. Weigh 10.0mg standard sample in 100mL flask, dissolved in methanol (4.2) and dilute to the mark, shake
uniform. This solution per ml metronidazole 100μg. 4 ℃ dark storage.
4.6 microporous membrane. the organic phase, pore size 0.2μm.
4.7 0.5% formic acid solution. amount of 1mL acid, water volume to 200mL, that was 0.5% formic acid solution.
4.8 0.5% formic acid - methanol solution. amount of 1mL acid with methanol to 200mL, that was 0.5% formic acid - methanol solution.
5. Apparatus
5.1 High performance liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry. electrospray ion source and a triple quadrupole mass analyzer.
5.2 Analysis of balance. a sense of the amount of 0.1mg and 0.01g.
5.3 vortex mixer.
