1 Scope
This standard specifies a high performance liquid chromatographic method cosmetics of benzalkonium chloride.
This standard applies to creams, shampoos, cosmetics agent etc. Determination of benzalkonium chloride.
The standard method detection limit of 30mg/kg, the limit of quantification of 100mg/kg.

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 Methanol. chromatographically pure.

4.4 ammonium acetate.
4.5 triethylamine.
4.6 sodium chloride.
4.7 acetic acid.
50% aqueous methanol 4.8. Measure 500mL of methanol (4.1) was mixed with 500mL of water.
