1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of the power plant block valve, ordering requirements, structure type, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, signs,
Packaging, storage, transport, delivery and use of maintenance documents and other content.
This standard applies to the following parameters of power plant boiler main steam and reheat system pressure test block valve.
a) Nominal PN4.0MPa ~ 63.0MPa, the maximum operating temperature of not more than 450 ℃;
b) Working pressure P4.0MPa ~ 32.0MPa, the maximum operating temperature of not more than 620 ℃;
c) nominal size DN175 ~ DN1200.
