4.1 Basic requirements
It should meet the following basic requirements.
--- Fruit has adapted to market maturity or storage requirements;
--- Intact fruit, fruit surface clean, no smell;
--- No serious mechanical damage or excessive healing mouth;
--- No rotten, spoiled fruit, no cracking, frostbite fruit;
--- Dried fruit surface, but after removing the refrigerated surface condensation and icing excluded.
