1 Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions as well as the relevant requirements for fuel cell electric vehicle operating supporting facilities (hereinafter referred to as "facilities"). This document is applicable to fuel cell batteries that use compressed gaseous hydrogen as fuel and whose onboard hydrogen system nominal working pressure is not greater than 70 MPa. Hydrogen refueling stations, maintenance workshops and parking lots that are compatible with the operation of electric vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "vehicles").
