"Video Format and Coding", compared with GB/T 28059.2-2011, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Changed the definition of the term "B frame" (see 3.1.1, 3.1.1 of the.2011 version);
b) Removed the overview of digital video formats (see 4.1 of the.2011 version);
c) Changed the overview of video codecs (see 4.1.1, 4.2.1 of the.2011 version);
d) The provisions of MPEG-2 are deleted (see 4.2.2 of the.2011 version);
