This document replaces GB/T 28059.4-2011 "Technical Specifications for Interconnection of Highway Network Image Information Management System Platforms - Part 4.Use"
"User and Equipment Management", compared with GB/T 28059.4-2011, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The terms and definitions of "system equipment" are deleted (see 3.1 of the.2011 edition); the terms and definitions of "object" and "functional unit" are added
(See 3.2, 3.3);
b) The provision of “functional unit” is deleted (see 5.3 of the.2011 edition);
c) The provisions of "object coding structure", "level code", "access type code" and "object type code" have been changed (see 6.1, 6.2, 6.5 and
6.6,.2011 version of 6.1, 6.2, 6.5 and 6.6);
d) Changed "third-level domain code" and "fourth-level domain code" to "management subject code" and "basic-level access code", and changed its provisions (see
6.3, 6.4,.2011 version of 6.3, 6.4);
e) The provisions of "Equipment Coding Rules" are deleted (see Chapter 7 of the.2011 edition);

1 Scope
This document stipulates the management model, coding objects, and objects for inter-provincial interconnection of users and equipment in the highway network image information management system.
