1 Scope

The standard provides for the use of ISO 646 as the theme of the bit coded character set, GB/T 11383 theme Octet Coded Character Character sets and as GB/T 2311 relating to the above coded character set extension bit and start-stop synchronous serial data transmission system structure. This standard also specifies the parity and bit coded character set for use with read out.
