Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting is required. This document replaces GB/T 25216-2010 "Prediction Method for Coal and Gas Outburst Hazard Areas" and is consistent with GB/T 25216-2010. In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows. a) The scope has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2010 edition); b) The definition of regional prediction has been changed (see 3.1 of the.2010 edition); c) Added terms and definitions for regional prediction maps (see 3.2); d) The requirements for regional forecast implementation agencies have been simplified (see 4.3, Chapter 4 of the.2010 edition); e) The application conditions of regional prediction results have been changed to "When the regional prediction results show that there is no danger of outburst, the technical person in charge of the coal mine enterprise shall approval by the responsible person” (see 4.4, Chapter 4 of the.2010 edition); f) Added general requirements for regional prediction (see Chapter 4); g) The structure of the regional prediction method and steps has been changed, and the relevant content has been modified (see Chapter 5,.2010 Edition). Chapter 5); h) Added regional prediction critical value. The critical value of gas content in the structural zone is "structural zone W < 6" (see clause c in 5.4). Table 1, Table 1 in.2010 version 5.1.2.1); i) The post-development area prediction method was deleted (see 5.2 of the.2010 version); j) The content structure and content presentation of the regional forecast report have been changed (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the.2010 edition). Prediction method of coal and gas outburst hazard area

1 Scope

This document specifies the general requirements, prediction basis, prediction method, prediction result judgment, regional prediction map filling and other relevant information for the regional prediction of outburst coal seams. Drawing and preparation of regional forecast reports. This document is applicable to the regional prediction of coal and gas outburst hazards in protruding coal seams.

3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 15259, GB/T 15663.3, GB/T 15663.8, GB 40880, GB/T 23250, AQ/T 1047 and MT/T 1174 The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Regional prediction The work of determining the scope of coal and gas outburst hazards in the protruding coal seams. 3.2 Regional prediction map The mining engineering plan is used as the base map, including the geological structure of the coal seam, the contour lines of buried depth, the location of the outburst and obvious outburst omen points, relative Information such as gas pressure and gas content, and maps that characterize the prominent hazards in the predicted area.

4 General requirements

4.1 The scope of regional prediction should be determined based on the mine development, tunnel layout, geological structure distribution, measurement point layout, etc., but should not exceed 1 When the predicted section is a non-outburst danger zone, the section can be divided into several blocks as needed. Predict each segment one by one. 4.2 Gas data during geological exploration, surface well construction and underground production should be collected during regional prediction. 4.3 Regional prediction can be carried out by the chief engineer of the coal mine and the technical force of the mine, or it can be entrusted to a coal and gas outburst identification agency (unit).
