This standard is modified using ASTMC813-1990 (2004 re-approved) "glass surface hydrophobic contaminant detection contact angle measurement method"
(English version).
This standard is redrafted according to ASTMC813-1990 (2004 reapproval). Appendix B lists the standard and the number of this standard

The maximum angle at which the three-phase contact line does not occur when the droplet size is increased.
3.2
Strong affinity for water, wettable.
