This standard replaces GB/T 23967-2009 "industrial use of trimellitic anhydride," compared with GB/T 23967-2009, the main technical differences as follows. --- Increased the index of superior products, in which the appearance of white or slightly colored flaky solid, the mass fraction of trimellitic anhydride ≥ 96.5%, the mass fraction of phthalic anhydride is ≤0.05%, the acid value (based on KOH) is ≥873 mg/g, the melting chromaticity ≤130Hazen units (platinum-cobalt color number) (see Chapter 3,.2009 Edition, Chapter 3); --- Qualified indicators increased the phthalate limit of ≤ 0.10%, remove the indicators of the crystallization point (see Chapter 3, 2009 Edition Chapter 3); --- Removed the crystallization point of the test method (see.2009 version 4.7); --- Increasing the test method of phthalic anhydride (see 4.4).
