In addition to the overall and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
---Changed the indicators of pH and iron content (see 5.2, 4.2 in the.2009 edition);
---Added the water absorption index and measurement method (see 5.2, 6.18);
--- Deleted the arsenic spot method in the arsenic content determination method (see 5.15 in the.2009 edition);
