Apart from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Added requirements for recycled platinum group metal raw materials that are hazardous wastes (see Table 1 in Chapter 4);
b) The recycled platinum group metal raw materials included in the "National Hazardous Waste Catalogue" have been added, and their packaging, transportation, marking, etc. shall be in accordance with the hazardous waste
