3 Requirements
3.1 Product classification
High-purity indium hydroxide according to chemical composition divided into two levels. 4N, 5N.
3.2 Chemical composition
3.2.1 High-purity indium hydroxide chemical composition shall comply with the requirements in Table 1.
3.2.2 indium hydroxide [In (OH) 3] mass fraction of 1 listed impurity element measured quality scores 100% minus the sum of the difference between the tables.
3.2.3 Chemical composition according to GB/T 8170 digital rounding rule processing, the determination value after rounding carried out according to GB/T 1250 of the relevant provisions.
