Solid phase extraction column and a carboxylic acid type cation exchange column purification, liquid chromatograph, external standard.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
4.2 acetonitrile. chromatography.
4.3 Disodium hydrogen phosphate (Na2HPO4 · 12H2O).
4.4 citric acid (C6H8O7 · H2O).
4.5 Disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate (Na2EDTA · 2H2O).
4.6 oxalic acid (C2H2O4 · 2H2O).
4.7 0.2mol/L disodium hydrogen phosphate solution. Weigh 71.63g disodium hydrogen phosphate (4.3), dissolved in water, dilute to 1000mL.
4.8 0.1mol/L citric acid solution. Weigh 21.04g citric acid (4.4), dissolved in water, dilute to 1000mL.
4.9 Mclvaine buffer solution. 625mL0.2mol/L disodium hydrogen phosphate solution (4.7) and 1000mL0.1mol/L citric acid
Solution (4.8) were mixed, if necessary, adjust with NaOH or HCl pH = 4.0 ± 0.05.
4.10 0.1mol/LNa2EDTA-Mclvaine buffer solution. Weigh 60.50g disodium edetate (4.5) into 1625mL
Mclvaine buffer solution (4.9) and dissolved, shake.
