This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 22820-2008 "craft gift paper." This standard compared with GB/T 22820-2008, the main changes
as follows.
--- Modify the standard name;
--- Adjust the tightness, tensile strength, color and other technical indicators, the brightness to D65 brightness, tensile strength to tensile index (see
4.1,.2008 version 4.1);
--- Increased color fastness, formaldehyde, carcinogenic aromatic amines, heavy metals migration safety indicators and test methods (see 4.1 and Chapter 5).

This standard specifies the classification of woven base paper, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage.
This standard applies to the preparation of paper tape, paper rope, woven hat and craft gifts, or for decorative paper.
