4.4 Flat paper specifications are 1000 mm × 1150 mm, 1000 mm × 1200 mm,
900 mm × 1100 mm, 900 mm × 500 mm, or as specified in the contract. The
size deviation shall not be greater than ; the skewness shall not exceed
5 mm.
4.5 The width and diameter of roll cellophane for food shall be in accordance
with the contract requirements; the width deviation shall not exceed .
4.6 Each roll of cellophane for food shall have no more than 2 broken ends. The
joints of roll cellophane for food rewinding (or slitting) outside the machine shall
be flat-joined by adhesive tape; meanwhile it shall attach a clear mark at the
end of the roll or as required by the contract.
4.7 The elasticity of the roll cellophane for food shall be the same; the cut edges
shall be neat; there shall be no cracks or damage. The zigzag shape of the roll
end surface shall not exceed ±5 mm; the cellophane for food used after
rewinding (or slitting) outside the machine shall not exceed ±2 mm.
5 Test method
5.1 The sampling shall be carried out according to GB/T 450.
5.2 The standard atmospheric conditions for specimen treatment and test are
carried out in accordance with GB/T 10739.
5.3 The size shall be measured according to GB/T 451.1.
5.4 Quantitative measurement shall be carried out according to GB/T 451.2.
5.5 The thickness and width difference shall be measured according to GB/T
451.3; 5 points shall be measured evenly along the transverse direction of the
paper; the result shall be expressed as the difference between the maximum
value and the minimum value.
5.6 Tensile strength and elongation shall be measured in accordance with GB/T
12914. During arbitration, it shall be measured in accordance with the constant-
speed stretching method.
5.7 The moisture is measured according to GB/T 462.
5.8 The moisture permeability shall be measured according to GB/T 2679.2.
5.9 The sulfur content is determined in accordance with Appendix A.
5.10 Anti-sticking property shall be determined according to Appendix B.
nonconformances found in the first sample and the second sample shall be
accumulated. If the cumulative number of nonconforming products is less than
or equal to the second acceptance number, then the batch is determined to be
acceptable; if the cumulative number of nonconforming products is greater than
or equal to the second rejection number, then the batch is determined to be
unacceptable.
6.6 The purchaser has the right to carry out acceptance inspection according
to this standard. If there is any objection to the quality of this product, the
supplier shall be notified within three months after receiving the goods to take
a sample jointly for re-inspection. If it meets the requirements of this standard
or contract, it shall be judged as qualified and the purchaser shall be
responsible for processing; if it does not meet the requirements of this standard
or contract, it shall be judged as unqualified and the supplier shall be
responsible for processing.
7 Markings, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Marking and packaging of cellophane for food shall be carried out in
accordance with GB/T 10342.
7.1.1 Each 500 sheets of flat paper form a pack. Each pack is attached with a
certificate and has a longitudinal mark. Every 10 packs are packed into a carton,
the top and bottom of which shall be lined with cardboard and moisture-proof
paper or as required by the contract.
7.1.2 Each roll of cellophane for food is wrapped with a plastic sleeve; the two
ends are blocked with a series of moisture-proof closed packaging.
7.1.3 The roll cellophane for food can also be packaged in cartons or tubes. For
cellophane rolls with a length of more than 700 mm, the roll weight shall not
exceed 90 kg or as required by the contract.
7.1.4 Each piece (roll) of paper shall indicate the product name, size, basis
weight, grade, net weight, gross weight, carton (tube) number, manufacturer
name and production date.
7.2 When transporting, use tents and clean transportation vehicles. When
transporting, paper shall not be thrown down from a high place to avoid damage
to the packaging or cellophane.
7.3 The product shall be kept properly. It shall prevent the influence of rain,
snow and ground moisture during storage and transportation.
Appendix B
(Normative)
Determination of anti-sticking
B.1 Principle
Under certain test conditions, the maximum relative humidity (%) at which the
specimen does not stick to represents its anti-sticking ability.
B.2 Sampling
The specimen is taken according to GB/T 450.
B.3 Instrument
B.3.1 Constant temperature and humidity box, temperature (40 ± 1) °C, relative
humidity (70 ± 2)%.
B.3.2 Weight, which has a bottom area of 50 mm × 100 mm and a mass of 3
kg; the bottom surface shall be straight.
B.3.3 Glass plate: the surface is straight; the size is 70 mm × 120 mm.
B.4 Test procedure
B.4.1 Cut out about 20 layers of 70 mm × 120 mm specimens. The long side of
the specimen is the longitudinal direction; the stacking order of the front and
back sides of each layer of the specimen shall be the same.
B.4.2 For specimens whose moisture is higher than the equilibrium moisture
under the measurement conditions, the specimen shall be placed in a
desiccator or an oven at a temperature not exceeding 40 °C, to make the
moisture be lower than the equilibrium moisture before testing.
B.4.3 Adjust the constant temperature and humidity box to the temperature (40
± 1) °C, the relative humidity (70 ± 2)%. Put the specimen into the oven. Use a
clip to clamp the corner of the specimen to hang it for 2 hours to balance the
moisture of the specimen. Put the glass plate and the weight in the box at the
same time.
B.4.4 When the moisture of the specimen reaches equilibrium, immediately
overlap the specimen on the glass plate in the box. Use weight to press it lightly.
Continue to press it in the box for 30 minutes.
B.4.5 Take out the specimen after 30 min and observe the adhesion between
the paper layers. If the specimen does not adhere, continue to increase the
