Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 22814-2008 "Anti-rust Base Paper". Compared with GB/T 22814-2008, the main technical changes are as follows.
---Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);
--- Adjusted the classification (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3 of the.2008 edition);
---Adjusted the quantitative range, according to plain paper and crepe paper respectively (see 5.1.1, 5.1.2,.2008 edition of 4.7);
---Adjusted the quantitative deviation (see 5.1.1, 4.7 of the.2008 edition);
---Deleted the transverse tensile strength and burst resistance indexes of crepe paper (see 4.7 of the.2008 edition);
---Revised the tightness and delivery moisture indicators (see 5.1.1, 5.1.2, 4.7 of the.2008 edition);
---I type anti-rust base paper increased the dust index (see 5.1.1, 5.1.2);
---Adjusted the sample handling requirements (see 6.1, 5.1 of the.2008 edition);
---Added the test methods for dustiness, appearance and paper roll requirements (see 6.11 and 6.14).

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of anti-rust base paper.
This standard is applicable to the base paper used to manufacture metal anti-rust and protective packaging materials.

Paper whose surface has not been wrinkled during the papermaking process.
Note. Also known as non-wrinkled paper, flat paper.

Crepepaper
In the papermaking process, the surface of the paper is wrinkled by a doctor blade or the like to show wrinkles.
