This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 21633-2008 "Blend Fertilizer (BB Fertilizer)", compared with GB/T 21633-2008, except for editorial changes
In addition, the main technical changes are as follows.
---Modified the scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2008 edition);

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, sampling, test methods, inspection rules, labels and quality certificates of blended fertilizers (BB fertilizers)
Instructions, packaging, transportation and storage.
This standard applies to mixed fertilizers (BB fertilizers) made by dry mixing methods with at least two of the three nutrients of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium.
It is applicable to slow-release and controlled-release blended fertilizers; this standard is also applicable to dry-mixed compound fertilizers with nitrogen and (or) phosphorus and (or) potassium fertilizer particles.
This standard does not apply to dry-mixed organic particles and (or) biological agent particles and (or) microelement particles on the basis of compound fertilizers.
