This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB/T 2093-1993 "industrial acid", compared with the GB/T 2093-1993, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- The products are divided into 94% according to different content, 90%, 85% three specifications (see Chapter 3), each size were divided into three equal
Level (see 42, 1993, version 3.2.);
--- Adjust the color, dilution test, chlorides, sulfates, iron and evaporation residue indicators (see 42, 1993, version 3.2.);
--- Test Method for increasing the appearance (see 5.3);
--- Increased chloride and sulfate content determination by spectrophotometry (see 5.7 and 5.8);
--- Modify the chlorides, sulfates, iron content and evaporation residue sampling method, the amount of volume is amended as weighed mass (see 5.7,
. 5.8,5.9 and 510, the 1993 edition of 4.4,4.5,4.6 and 4.7);
--- Increased security chapter (see Chapter 8);

Formic acid content in accordance with industry is divided into three sizes. 94%, 90% and 85%.
