This document replaces GB/T 20299.3-2006 "Application of digital technology in buildings and residential areas Part 3.Property management" and
Compared with GB/T 20299.3-2006, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Chapter 3 supplemented and improved the terminology, changed the digital management of facilities, deleted the digital technology application of residential areas and the digital management of property management
