Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB/T 20219-2006 "spray rigid polyurethane foam." Compared with GB/T 20219-2006, in addition to editing
Modifications outside the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Amend the foreword, scope and normative references;
--- Modify the product classification and methods from the original class Ⅰ, Ⅱ class modify ⅠA, ⅠB, ⅠC, ⅡA, ⅡB five categories (see Chapter 3,
Chapter 4 of the 2006 edition);
--- Increasing the apparent core density, tensile strength, water absorption three performance testing requirements (see 4.1);
--- Modify the test requirements for dimensional stability indicators (see Table 2, 2006 edition of the Table 1);
--- Modify the "initial conditions at 23 ℃ thermal conductivity" (see Table 2, 2006 edition of the Table 1);
--- Modify the "water vapor permeability value" (see Table 2, 2006 edition of the Table 1);
--- Delete the words "at 10 ℃ thermal conductivity" requirement (see the 2006 edition of the Table 1);
--- Deleted "80 ℃ and 48h after pressure 20kPa compressive creep" (see the 2006 edition of the Table 1);
--- Remove the "Test Report" (see the 2006 edition of Chapter 8);
--- Modify the "Inspection Rules" (see Chapter 6, Chapter 7, 2006 edition).
