GB/T 17215 "Electrical measuring equipment (AC)" is divided into several parts, GB/T 17215.2 "Electrical measuring equipment (AC) general requirements, The test and test conditions are composed of the following parts. ---Part 11.Measuring equipment; ---Part 21.Rates and load control equipment; ---Part 31.Product safety requirements and tests. This part is Part 21 of GB/T 17215.2. This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. 1 Scope

This part of GB/T 17215.2 specifies the newly-manufactured, indoor-use tariff and load control equipment (for example. used to control electrical loads). General requirements for type testing of electronic ripple control receivers and time switches for load, multi-rate counters and maximum demand indicators. This section does not make requirements for the internal structure details of the tariff and load control equipment. If the tariff and load control functions are integrated into the multi-function instrument, the relevant parts of this section also apply. This section does not cover acceptance inspection and conformity inspection. Refer to Appendix F for acceptance inspection requirements.
