This standard replaces GB/T 15317-1994 "industrial boiler energy-monitoring methods."
This standard compared with GB/T 15317-1994, the main changes are as follows.
--- The standard name to "coal-fired industrial boilers energy monitoring";
--- Increased the circulating fluidized bed boiler energy monitoring requirements;
--- Added boiler operator requirements;
--- Check the project increased the fuel into the furnace requirements;

1 Scope
This standard specifies the coal-fired industrial boiler energy use monitoring program, monitoring methods and assessment indicators.
