Foreword
This standard is identical with IEC 60923.2006 "Light for discharge lamps (excluding tubular fluorescent lamps) - Performance requirements Ballasts" (English
Chinese Version).
For ease of use, the standard IEC 60923.2006 made the following editorial changes.
a) "IEC 60923" to the "standard", "IEC 60923 standard number" be replaced by "GB/T 15042";
b) Remove IEC 60923 foreword and introduction;
