Foreword
This standard replaces GB/T 14743-1993 "Port Crane tire technology" and GB/T 14744-1993 "Port Tire Crane
Test methods. " The integration of the revised standard GB/T 14743-1993 and GB/T 14744-1993.
This standard and GB/T 14743-1993 and GB/T 14744-1993 main changes are as follows.
--- Removed by crane lifting reel and fall on the way the product classification;
--- Cranes up to 80t (see Table 1);
--- Modify the basic parameters of the crane (see Table 2);
--- Modify the working-level crane slewing mechanism provisions (see Table 4);
--- Increasing the crane hydraulic system, hydraulic components, hydraulic oil selection, replacement, and pollution degree measuring method (see 4.3.4 and
4.5.14);
--- Use only the power to increase the performance of the engine and the crane torque converter shall satisfy the provisions of the Joint Action crane requirements
(See 4.3.5);
--- Modify the parameters of the crane size tolerances (see Table 7);
--- Increased requirements for noise limits and measurement methods of the crane operation (see 4.3.20 and 5.13);
--- Increasing the lighting signal traveling crane shall comply with the provisions of GB 7258 (see 4.6.13).
