Foreword
This standard replaces GB 14735-1993 "port handling hook used condition."
This standard compared with GB 14735-1993, the main differences are as follows.
--- Expanding the scope of the scope, remove the NA dangerous job requirements (see Chapter 1);
--- In the hook type, increasing the nose-shaped hook (see Figure 1);
--- Modify the hook strength grade division, the original five intensity level in accordance with ISO standard is divided into three strength levels, improve
Strength grading standards (see 3.2);
--- Revised hook nominal weight range, according to the weight of the hook from the hook strength classification, an increase of T (8) Level nominal weight
20t hook (see 3.3);
--- Material requirements defined by the hook hook material intensity level of sulfur, phosphorus requirements (see 4.1.1);
--- Technological requirements added to hook the hook surface hardness after heat treatment requirements, an increase in the manufacturing process can not hook welding
Regulations (see 4.2);
--- Strength requirements, increasing the lifting hook ① 2 times the nominal weight of the test load, the amount of residual deformation and eye diameter must not exceed
Than 1% of the diameter; ② hook when lifting four times the rated capacity of the test load, the hook can not be broken before the destruction slip hook
(See 4.4);
--- Storage requirements increase the hook placed environmental requirements (see 6.2);
--- Hook used as a standard text from appendix removed hook repairs (see Chapter 7);
--- Increased use of hook inspection (see 7.4);
Check and scrapped as a standard text from the appendix --- hook, hook scrapped added ①T level than the public opening of the hook
10% said the size; ② hook and eye wear more than 10% of the nominal size; ③ hook surface wear, corrosion, pits over public
10% said the size; ④ hook bending (see Chapter 8).
