1 Scope
This document specifies the structure, parts, assembly, safety and performance requirements of plastic packaging molds, describes the corresponding test methods, and specifies the inspection

This document applies to the manufacture of plastic packaging molds for integrated circuits and (semiconductor) discrete components.
