This document replaces GB/T 14286-2008 "Terms of Live Working Tools and Equipment". Compared with GB/T 14286-2008, except for structural adjustment
In addition to the overall and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
---The term of non-tool equipment has been deleted (see Chapter 2 of the.2008 edition);
---Added the terminology of tools and equipment such as insulation lock rods, bypass operation equipment, shielding clothing, insulator string distributed electric field detection devices (see section
Chapter 3, Chapter 6, Chapter 8, Chapter 11).
This document uses the redrafting law to amend and adopt IEC 60743.2013 ``Terminology for Live Working Tools, Equipment and Equipment'', which is in line with IEC
Compared with 60743.2013, the technical differences and their reasons are as follows.
---The terminology of the same functional tool and equipment has been merged. For example, "insulated wrench" refers to the combination of "single-head wrench", "torx wrench" and "socket wrench".

Terms and definitions of protective equipment and accessories, climbing and manned equipment and other tools and equipment.
This document is suitable for the formulation and revision of live working standards, and the compilation and translation of professional literature.
