This standard replaces GB/T 17270-1998 "quartz sand (powder) plant dust Technical Specification" and GB/T 13910-1992 "Talc Processing

This standard and GB/T 17270-1998, GB/T 13910-1992 main changes are as follows.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the quartz sand (powder) plant, the basic requirements of talc plant dust and comprehensive dust control measures.
This standard applies to quartz sand (powder) plant, anti-talc plant of new construction, renovation, expansion projects and technological innovation, technology transfer projects
Dust design, management and supervision. Existing quartz sand (powder) plant, talc plant shall also comply with this standard.

3 General
3.1 In order to implement the "People's Republic of China Production Safety Law" and "People's Republic of China Occupational Disease Prevention Law" to ensure quartz sand (powder)
