This standard replaces GB/T 13459-1992 "labor protective clothing weatherization requirements."
This standard compared with GB/T 13459-1992, mainly in the following changes.
--- Adds definitions of the terms of the English expression;
--- Remove the symbol chapter;
--- Modify the formula of the total amount of warmth;
--- Modify warm clothing total amount requested;
--- Delete the original standard Appendix A test method for warm clothing.
Appendix A of this standard is an informative annex.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the clothing climatic zoning district labor protective clothing and limit the amount of thermal configuration requirements.
This standard applies to cold winter outdoor work clothing workers. Perennial low temperature cold garment workers also work for implementation.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
