Foreword

3 Classification and basic parameters

3:1 Classification Refer to Appendix A for the classification of the self-aligning machine: 3:2 Model naming Please refer to Appendix A for the model name of the self-aligning machine, which is stipulated by the product-specific technical conditions: 3:3 Basic appearance structure and installation type The basic shape structure and installation type of the self-aligning machine should meet the requirements of GB/T 7346 or product-specific technical conditions: Frame size 20 adopts K1; frame sizes 28, 36 and 45 adopt K3; frame sizes 55 and 70 adopt K4; frame sizes above 70 are adopted Use K6 or K7 type; 55 and below frame size adopts the basic type of optical shaft extension; 70 frame size adopts a semicircular keyway shaft with a diameter of 8mm Extend to the basic type: 3:4 Basic parameters Unless otherwise specified, the basic parameters of the self-aligning machine should be selected in Table 1: Table 1 Basic parameters Parameter name parameter value Frame size 20, 28, 36, 45, 55, 70, 90 Rated frequency/Hz 50, 400 Rated voltage 50Hz 36, 110, 220 400Hz 9, 12, 16, 20, 26, 36, 115
