This revised standard adopts the American Society for Testing and Materials standard ASTMD6-95 (2000) "Oil and bitumen heating loss test compound

The main difference between 95 (2000) as follows.
--- This standard uses the International System of Units, by deleting ASTMD6-95 non-SI units in parentheses (2000);
--- The standard oven comprises about 5.1 by deleting the contents of FIG. 1, used in line with the technical requirements of the oven GB/T 5304 stipulated;
--- The standard prescribed by the informative Appendix A thermometer specifications;

1 Scope

3 Method Summary

5 Apparatus and materials

6 Test preparation
