Foreword
The standard Chapter 3, Chapter 4, Chapter 6, and 7.1.1 are mandatory, the rest are recommended.
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB 6246-2001 "lined fire hose performance requirements and test methods" and GB 4580-1984 "Unlined Consumers
Waterproof tape. " This standard compared with GB 6246-2001 and GB 4580-1984, in addition to editorial changes outside the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Increasing the naming fire hose model specifications (see Chapter 3);
--- Increased performance requirements and test methods for fire wet with water (see 4.5, 5.5);
--- Modify the performance requirements of fire hose twisting (see 473, 2001 edition 3.8.);
--- Increase the wear resistance of fire hose requirements and the corresponding test methods (see 4.12,5.12);
--- Increased requirements and test methods for fire hoses and fire interface connection performance (see 4.13,5.13);
--- Increased use and maintenance of fire hose (see Chapter 7).
