Summary	This Chinese standard applies to the coal mining industry in the overall planning. Mining of coal mine resource development master plan should be prepared. Mine accredited master plan should be filed in the mining resources survey and the necessary detailed investigation on the basis of geological reports. Well for determining mine (mine) field division, the scale of construction and coal utilization direction of the main exploration area should reach the level of detailed investigation. For reach wells (mine) field delineation of the exploration area should be required to make further supplementary exploration opinions. Coal mine planning, in addition to compliance with this criterion, there should be consistent with existing national standards.
