This document is Part 63 of GB/T 4706 "Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances". GB/T 4706 has been published as follows

This document replaces GB 4706.63-2008 "Particular requirements for safe commercial electric rinse tanks for household and similar electrical appliances".
Compared with GB 4706.63-2008, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Deleted the equipotential symbols and the requirements for adjusting different set values (see 7.6 and 19.1 of the.2008 edition);
--- Added relevant requirements for marking on appliances and instructions (see 7.12, 7.12.1, 7.12.4, 7.15 and 7.101);
--- Added the use of test probe 12 to verify access to live parts (see 8.101);
--- Added the use of specific test probes to measure the temperature of accessible surfaces (see 11.3);

1 Scope
This chapter of GB/T 4706.1-2024 is replaced by the following.
This document specifies the safety requirements for commercial electric rinse tanks.
This document applies to single-phase appliances connected to one phase and neutral line, whose rated voltage does not exceed 250V, and other appliances do not exceed 480V.
NOTE 101 These appliances are suitable for use in food businesses carried on in kitchens such as restaurants, canteens, hospitals and in commercial enterprises such as bakeries and butchers.
