Hand protection cold gloves
1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, markings and information provided by the manufacturer of protective cold gloves.
This standard applies to gloves that prevent low-temperature injuries in a climatic environment or at work at a minimum temperature of -50 ° C.

Convectivecold
In convective heat transfer, the glove's ability to resist heat loss from the hand is expressed by convective thermal resistance.
3.2
Cold contactcold
In heat conduction, the ability of a glove to prevent heat transfer is expressed by contact thermal resistance.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 General
Gloves shall meet the requirements given in Table 1.
