The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 12723 apply to this document.

The total amount of energy consumed to produce 1t qualified corundum blocks.

The corundum production process is divided into electrofusion and sintering. The energy consumption limit of fused corundum unit products is shown in Table 1. The energy consumption of sintered corundum unit products
The limit level is shown in Table 2, where level 1 has the lowest energy consumption.
