1 Scope
This document specifies the general requirements, plant layout, and construction (structure) for the production of aluminum and aluminum alloy cast and rolled strips, hot-rolled plates and strips, cold-rolled plates and strips, and foils.
Requirements for building, equipment and facility safety, process safety, operational safety and emergency response are described, along with corresponding verification methods.
This document applies to the safety management of aluminum and aluminum alloy cast and rolled strip, hot rolled plate and strip, cold rolled plate and strip, and foil production.
