5 statistical coverage and calculation methods
5.1 Energy consumption statistics range
Statistics range CWS producing electric energy consumption, including the major production systems and auxiliary production system power consumption, excluding construction
And transformation process energy and life energy (refer to the enterprise system dormitories, schools, culture and entertainment, healthcare, business services and childcare preschool peers
Surface energy). The main production system includes a coal preparation (not including coal preparation), pulp, storage and additives with Canada and other station. Auxiliary production system comprising
Machine repair, testing, measurement, canteen, bath, production management, command and control, and other safety and environmental protection.
5.2 Calculation Method
CWS unit product energy consumption shall be the formula (1).
eCWM = EdPCWM
(1)
Where.
eCWM --- CWS unit product energy consumption, in units of kilowatt-hours per ton (kW · h/t);
Ed --- CWS production process energy consumption, in units of kilowatt-hours (kW · h);
PCWM --- CWS qualified product yield, tonnes (t).
6 and energy management measures
6.1 basic management of energy-saving
6.1.1 The energy business should be equipped with measuring instruments according to the requirements of GB 17167 and the establishment of energy measurement management system.
6.1.2 The enterprise should review the CWS produce energy situation assessment, and the assessment indicators break down into various primary sector, with the establishment of
Can liability regime.
6.1.3 Enterprises should be required to establish energy consumption statistics system, establish energy consumption calculation and assessment of the results of paper files, and files controlled
management.
6.2 Energy Saving Technology Management
6.2.1 economic performance requirements are as follows.
--- Companies should be used to achieve the status of special economic operation of large capital equipment and general equipment;
--- Enterprises should strengthen the maintenance of the equipment, maintenance work, improve the load rate of the equipment; equipment production run should be a reasonable match, economical operation
Line; the device should be in a high-efficiency low-power operating state; should strengthen the pipe network maintenance and management, to prevent run, run, drip, leak now
As it happened.
