To implement the "People's Republic of China Environmental Protection Law", "People's Republic of China Air Pollution Prevention Law," "the State Council on the implementation of
Scientific concept of development to strengthen environmental protection decision "and other laws and regulations," the State Council on the preparation of the country's main functional area planning "
Protect the environment, prevent pollution, promote the progress of brick industrial production process and pollution control technology, the development of this standard.
This standard specifies the brick industrial enterprises air pollutants emission limits, monitoring and control requirements applicable to large brick industrial enterprises
Air pollution control and management.
The standard emission concentrations of pollutants are mass concentration.
Brick industrial enterprises discharge of water pollutants, odor pollutants, environmental noise applicable relevant national pollutant discharge standards, resulting in solid
Identification of the body of waste, treatment and disposal of solid waste pollution control applicable national standards.
This standard is the first release.
From the date of implementation of this standard, brick industrial enterprises air pollutant emission control executed by the provisions of this standard, no longer perform the "big
Air pollutant discharge standards "(GB 16297) and" industrial furnace air pollutant emission standards "(GB 9078) in the relevant regulations
set.
Local people's governments at the provincial level are not specified in this standard pollutants may establish their local emission standards; this standard
Contamination already specified items may establish more stringent standards in this local emission standards.
This standard is developed by the Ministry of Environmental Protection Science, Technology organization.
This standard drafting units. China Environmental Science Research Institute, Xi'an wall materials research institute.
This standard Ministry of Environmental Protection May 24, 2013 for approval.
This standard since January 1, 2014 implementation.
The standard explanation by the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
Brick and tile industry atmospheric pollutant emission standards
1 Scope
This standard specifies the implementation of air pollutant emission limits, monitoring requirements and brick industrial processes, as well as standard and
Supervision and other relevant provisions.
This standard applies to existing brick industrial enterprises air pollutant discharge management or production facilities, as well as brick industrial building projects
Environmental impact assessment, environmental protection facilities design, air pollutant emissions management and acceptance of completed and put into production after.
This standard applies to clay, shale, coal gangue, fly ash as the main raw material of brick and tile production process and sintered products with gravel,
Fly ash, lime and cement as the main raw material of non-sintered brick products production process. This standard does not apply to the use of sludge, waste, and its
He tailings industrial raw materials such as brick and tile production process.
This standard applies to pollution discharge permitted by law. Established in the new location and sources of existing pollution sources in special protected areas
Management, according to "People's Republic of China Air Pollution Prevention Law," "People's Republic of China Environmental Impact Assessment Law" and other laws,
Relevant provisions of the regulations and rules execution.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1 brick industrial brick and tile industry
By starting material, extrusion (pressing) molding, drying and calcination (autoclaved) and other production processes, products and non-fired brick and tile production
Fired brick and tile products industry.
3.2 existing enterprises existing facility
Means before implementation of this standard has been completed and put into production or environmental impact assessment document has passed the brick industrial enterprises and production facilities approved.
3.3 new enterprises new facility
It refers to the date of implementation of this standard from the environmental impact assessment documents through new construction, renovation and expansion of the brick industrial construction project approval.
3.4 exhaust stack height height
Means the exhaust (the main building or structure) where the ground plane to the exhaust outlet meter height.
3.5 standard state standard condition
When the temperature is 273.15K, when the pressure of the state 101325Pa. Emissions of air pollutants concentration limits specified in this standard are
Dry gas under standard conditions as a benchmark.
3.6 excess air ratio excess air coefficient
It refers to the ratio of industrial furnaces running actual air quantity and the theoretical air requirement.
3.7 enterprise boundaries enterprise boundary
It refers to the legal boundary brick industrial enterprises. If there is no legal boundary, it refers to the actual border.
