This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

This document replaces GB/T 23468-2009 "Safety Specifications for the Use of Fall Protection Equipment". Compared with GB/T 23468-2009, except for the following.
Aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
---Some content regarding the scope has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2009 edition);
---Some terms and definitions have been changed (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the.2009 edition);
---The definitions of the terms "safety belt," "strap," "safety rope," "attachment device," "attachment point," "extension length," "safety space," and "safety net" have been changed.
