a) Modified the scope of application (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2000 edition);
b) Some terms and definitions have been added, modified and deleted (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the.2000 edition);
c) Added water heater classification (see 4.1.5, 4.1.6 and 4.1.7);
d) Modified the model compilation method (see 4.2, 4.2.1 of the.2000 edition);

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and model, materials, structure and safety of gas volumetric water heaters (hereinafter referred to as water heaters)
Device, performance requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs and instructions, packaging, transportation and storage.
This standard applies to gas volumetric water heaters with a rated thermal load of less than 100kW and a rated volume of less than 500L.
The fuel gas referred to in this standard refers to artificial gas, natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas specified in GB/T 13611.
