1.Scope
This document specifies the classification, technical requirements, labeling, packaging, storage, and shelf life of labor-related skin care products, and describes the corresponding test methods.
This document applies to occupational skin care products used in the workplace.

3.Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 12903 apply to this document.
4.Classification
Labor-related skin care products are divided into six types.
a) Waterproof skin care products;
b) Oil-resistant skin care products;
c) Sunscreen skincare products;
d) Cleansing skincare products;
e) Repellent skin care products;
f) Film-type skin care agents.
5 Technical Requirements
5.1 Raw Materials
The raw materials used in skin care products should comply with the requirements of the "Cosmetic Safety Technical Specifications".
5.2 Microbiological Indicator Requirements
The microbiological indicators of labor-related skin care products should comply with the provisions of Table 1.

Total bacterial count (CFU/g or CFU/mL) ≤1000
Total mold and yeast count (CFU/g or CFU/mL) ≤100
Thermoresistant coliforms/g (or mL) should not be detected.
Staphylococcus aureus/g (or mL) should not be detected.
Pseudomonas aeruginosa should not be detected at a concentration of 1 g (or mL).
aCFU stands for colony-forming unit.
5.3 Limits for Hazardous Substances
The limits for harmful substances in skin care products should comply with the provisions of Table 2.

Asbestos C should not be detected.
For products where the sum of ethanol and isopropanol in the formula is greater than or equal to 10% (mass fraction), methanol testing is required.
b. For products containing ethoxylated raw materials in their formulation, diane testing is required.
c. Products containing talc in their formula need to be tested for asbestos.
5.4 Toxicological testing and human safety test indicators for occupational skin care products
Labor protection agents should undergo appropriate toxicological testing and human safety trials according to their classification (see Table 3), and should comply with the technical requirements specified in Table 4.

5.5 Protective performance
5.5.1 Sunscreen skincare products with a sun protection factor (SPF) of not less than 20.
5.5.2 For cleansing skin care products, the cleaning time should be less than 120 seconds.
5.5.3 Repellent skin care products should provide effective protection for no less than 4.0 hours.
