This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"

This document replaces GA/T 993-2012 "Specifications for the Installation of Road Traffic Information Display Equipment", and compared with GA/T 993-2012, except for
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Changed the "scope" (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2012 edition);
b) Added the term reference for "highway", "highway technical grade" and "urban road" (see 3.1, 3.2, 3.3);
c) The term "fixed road traffic information display equipment" has been added (see 3.5);
d) The term "mobile road traffic information display device" has been added (see 3.6);
