In addition to the sexual changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) Modified the terms and definitions of "road traffic flow" (see 3:1, 3:1 of the:2001 edition);
b) Modified the definition of "continuous observation point" (see 3:4, 3:4 of the:2001 edition);
c) Modified the definition of "gap observation point" (see 3:5, 3:5 of the:2001 edition);
d) Modified the description of "Classification of Survey Objects" (see 4:1:2, 4:1:3, 4:1:1 and 4:1:2 of the:2001 edition);
e) The provisions of "Conversion Factor for Equivalent Traffic Flow of Small and Micro Passenger Vehicles" are revised (see Table 1, Table 1 of the:2001 edition);
