Forensic science suspected of being in drugs
Amphetamine and Tiamphetamine Inspection
Gas chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry
1 Scope
This standard specifies amphetamine (AMP) and teamphetamine (3.4-methylenedioxyamphetamine, MDA) in suspected drugs in forensic science
The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) qualitative test method and gas chromatography (GC) quantitative test method for two amphetamine drugs.
This standard is applicable to the qualitative analysis and quantification of amphetamine and teamphetamine in forensic scientific solid materials (crystals, powders, tablets, etc.)
analysis.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GA/T 122 apply to this document.
4 Principle
The solid sample is dissolved in methanol with ultrasound, and the blank, internal standard and known standard materials are used as controls. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and gas are used.
Phase chromatography-hydrogen flame ionization detector (GC-FID) or nitrogen-phosphorus detector (GC-NPD) to detect fragment ions with retention time and mass spectrometry characteristics
Peak and ion abundance ratio as the basis for qualitative judgment; according to the requirements of parallel operation, the response value ratio of the standard concentration of known concentration of parallel operation
In comparison, according to the peak area of the chromatogram, the internal standard method or the external standard method is used for quantitative analysis.
5 Reagents and materials
5.1 Reagent
Reagents include.
a) Methanol. analytically pure;
b) Internal standard. Prodifen (SKF525A), heptadecane;
c) Standard substance solution.
1) Reference material. amphetamine, tiampampine;
2) Standard substance solution. After conversion according to standard substance purity and salt type, amphetamine and teamphetamine are prepared with methanol respectively
1.0mg/mL standard substance solution, sealed, placed in the refrigerator and stored in the refrigerator, valid for 12 months;
