1 Scope
This standard specifies the gas chromatography (GC) quantitative test method for ketamine in forensic scientific biological samples (urine, liver, kidney, stomach and stomach contents, etc.)

4 Principle
Using blank samples and added samples as controls, according to the requirements of parallel operation, extract, purify and concentrate biological samples, using gas-phase color

5 Reagents and materials
5.1 Reagent
The experimental water should conform to the tertiary water specified in GB/T 6682.The reagents used in the analysis are all analytically pure, and the reagents include.
a) Ether;
b) Chloroform;
c) methanol;
d) 1mol/L hydrochloric acid. measure 8.3mL concentrated hydrochloric acid and dilute to 100mL with water;
e) 1mol/L sodium hydroxide. Weigh 40.0g of sodium hydroxide, add water to dissolve and dilute to 1000mL;
f) Standard solution.
1) 1.0mg/mL standard substance solution. after conversion according to the purity and salt type of the ketamine standard substance, weigh an appropriate amount and use methanol
