Foreword
The standard Chapter 5, Chapter 7 are mandatory, the rest are recommended.
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard is GA 159-1997 "water-based fire-retardant treatment agent General technical conditions" amendments.
This standard compared with GA 159-1997, the main changes are as follows.
--- Revised classification (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3 of the 1997 edition);
--- Modify the content of the technical requirements (see Chapter 5, Section 4 of the 1997 edition);
--- Modified test procedure (see Chapter 6, Chapter 5 of the 1997 edition);
--- Increasing the nonconformity defect classification (see Table 4);
--- Refined flag content requirements (see 8.1, 7.3, 1997).
This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Public Security Fire Department.
This standard by the National Standardization Technical Committee for fire protection material Technical Committee (SAC/TC113/SC7) centralized.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
