Foreword
This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces FZ/T 96003-1992 "Polyester filament high speed spinning machine".
Compared with FZ/T 96003-1992, the main changes are as follows.
--- The specifications and basic parameters of the standardization and serialization of the amendment, an increase of the diameter of the screw extruder (see Table 1);
- the original "melt extrusion system" is adjusted to "melt extrusion system" and "spinning system" (see 4.1.2.22,.1992 edition 4.1);
--- Added "melt filter requirements" (see 4.1.4);
--- Added "ring blowing device requirements" (see 4.2.7, 4.2.8);
--- Added "shaped hole spinnerette" (see 4.2.15);
--- Added "POY guide wire vibration value" (see 4.3.1);
--- Added "FDY thermal draft roller vibration value" (see 4.3.2);
--- the original "friction roller and bobbin chuck" and "winding head vibration speed" unified specification to the "high-speed winding head" (see 4.3.6,.1992
4.2.4, 4.2.5);
- increased "safety requirements" (see 4.6);
